Cosy 2-Room Apartment
Close to the Historic Center · Free Private Parking
This welcoming 42 m² apartment is on the first floor, above the ground floor, of a small house in a quiet residential area of Salzburg-Maxglan, around a 15-minute walk from Neutor, the gate to Salzburg’s historic center. It accommodates up to four guests and was largely refurnished about two years ago with care and attention to detail. It has a bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa that opens into a queen-size bed, a kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. Free private parking is available in the courtyard.
Living Room
Relax on the comfortable sofa or in the armchair after a day exploring Salzburg. The sofa can be opened into a queen-size double bed for additional sleeping space. The room also has a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Zattoo with over 150 live TV channels, books and games. The living room also has exterior roller shutters, so guests sleeping here can fully darken the room at night.

Sofa Bed
The living-room sofa converts into a generous double bed. Here you can see how the room looks when the bed is prepared for guests.
